Genos emotional intelligence certification

The Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT) is the only abilities based test measuring pure emotional intelligence. It is not a subjective self-assessment or 360 degree assessment. It is designed to accurately assess people's real ability in emotional intelligence. 

Widely used around the world and Australia, this proven assessment method is an ideal performance enhancement tool that can enhance coaching, leadership, and other training programmes interventions.
