RECRUITMENT PROCESS


 

Successful job applicants at EIW will experience a series of assessment milestones.

  1. Application - answer a few questions, upload your resume and send us any links to showcase your experience or presentation skills
  2. Interview - attend an initial in-person meeting
  3. Profile - engage in emotional intelligence and strengths testing and follow-up phone debriefs
  4. Assessment Centre - demonstrate core competencies required for the role
