SUE LANGLEY



EIW founder Sue Langley is a sought-after speaker, facilitator and master trainer in self-leadership, emotional intelligence, positive psychology and neuroleadership.

Considered one of the leaders in Australia in the practical workplace application of these fields, Sue inspires individuals and organisations to achieve their level of excellence by harnessing the power of positive emotions and a strengths-based approach to performance improvement.

Her personal purpose has become the EIW ethos: "breathe spirit into the minds of people to achieve their own level of excellence - as individuals, teams and organisations". She has a strong belief that everyone can realise their potential and achieve their own level of excellence in their chosen field.

As a speaker and trainer her natural style inspires and motivates participants to maximise their skills and achieve their potential through discovery and accelerated learning. As a consultant, her flexible approach, delight in people and dedication to genuine client care allow her to deliver targeted solutions that often exceed expectations.

EIW CEO and global strategy leader, Sue has a strong focus on international clients and works with clients in all areas of the world including Asia, Africa and Europe. With 15 years in leadership roles in the travel, financial services and recruitment industries in Australia, UK and Europe, she brings a depth of experience in cultural diversity and human similarity.

A researcher and graduate of the Harvard Positive Psychology programme, Sue is currently the only person in Australia completing the inaugural Masters of Neuroscience of Leadership from Middlesex University. Sue is also the published author of Positive Relationships at Work and two children’s books based on positive psychology principles. She holds a BA in Psychology and Management and additional qualifications in Retail, Frontline Management and Marketing.

Sue is a Master Trainer for the premier emotional intelligence tools, Genos EI and MSCEIT. She has acted as chair of the Australian Positive Psychology and Wellbeing Conference and is a member of the Australian Psychological Association. 

 

JANET LANGLEY



Janet Langley is an executive coach and people development consultant with a focus on improving performance through building emotional intelligence and motivating behavioural change.

Janet’s senior management experience within large enterprises and her own successful businesses brings new ideas and particular passion in helping people understand what makes them perform at their optimal level.

As EIW Relationship Manager, Janet Langley provides leadership and project management across a range of client engagements, nationally and internationally. Her extensive experience in project delivery, remote teams and strategic direction setting ensures successful outcomes are achieved for all our clients.

As an executive coach, Janet draws from a wide range of professional and personal development and assessment tools including psychometric and personality profiling and 360 feedback assessment. Her practical, insight-driven approach focusses on helping people understand their emotional triggers and developing effective strategies for emotion management. Her natural style, mixed with drive and determination, ensures she gets the best out of people.

Janet has trained in Results Coaching Systems and International Coaching Academy methodology and is ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited. She is accredited in the premier emotional intelligence tools, Genos EI and MSCEIT, as well as DiSC and MBTI personality profiling, Realise 2 strengths analysis, and Predictive Index Psychometric testing.

 

MEL NEIL



Mel Neil joined the EIW team in 2009 as a trainer and executive coach. Her unique approach to leadership development, high performance coaching and the emotional intelligence framework enables her to consistently inspire great results. 

Mel began her training career in corporate hospitality and learning management before embarking on a journey of self discovery and development that led to a life-long mission to empower others. Applying her skills, knowledge and committiment to ongoing learning and development, her personal and professional focus is helping people realise their goals and dreams.

Driven by a philosophy of using personal gifts and talents to facilitate the success of others, her daily goal is to live, love, learn and leave a legacy. 

Mel holds the following qualifications: Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment; Diploma in Workplace and Business Coaching, Diploma in Tourism; Cert IV in Governance; and has received a Certificate in Positive Psychology from University of Sydney.

She is a Certified Genos International Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and Certified Emotional Intelligence Worldwide Consultant. She is MSCEIT and Realise 2 - Stenghts accredited.

Mel has extensive experience in community service and engagement, and is a practicing Buddhist, local council member and youth mentor.

 

YULIA ZLATKIN



Yulia Zlatkin is an accredited executive coach, facilitator and leadership learning and development consultant.

For more than a decade, Yulia has pushed the boundaries of traditional thinking to provoke real learning and authentic relationships within Australian businesses. She focuses on enhancing emotional intelligence, supporting teams through change, promoting leader-as-coach behaviours and developing a positive leadership presence.

With a Commerce/Law degree and experience in executive roles - including Director of an organisation with more than 50 employees and turnover in excess of $6m – Yulia doesn’t just understand the theory of business, she knows what it takes to implement practical solutions.

Her inspired, lively, natural style translates into flexible coaching and facilitation that creates a safe space for learning. A talented instructional designer, she crafts programmes that challenge the status quo for real learning and real results.

Yulia holds further qualifications in Leadership and Management, Retail and is also accredited with MBTI, DISC, Realise2 and Emotional Intelligence Worldwide. Additionally, she has a strong knowledge of VET training and RTO compliance.

 

CELIA PROSSER



Celia Prosser is a facilitator and coach with a background in workplace stress and injury management.

As an industry managment advisor her work spread across a wide range of industries where she gained a unique insight into the effect of stress across all levels of an organisation. 

She noticed that many people experienced a stress response which not only affected them psychologically but physically.  Often the actual cause of stress was not acknowledged, leaving people feeling dissatisfied and disempowered.

This led her to embark on extensive research to discover why so many people in organisations are so stressed and what would really make a difference. The emerging fields of positive psychology, mind-brain science and emotional intelligence provided answers.

She now works to build resilience by improving the dynamics of organisations - from individual employee to management level. 

Celia holds a Post Graduate Diploma of Health Science (Managed Care) and coaching qualififications from the Coaching Institute.  She is a GENOS certified practitioner.

 

KELVYN STEGGLES



Kelvyn Steggles has worked with EIW for many years and brings a wealth of business experience and a keen interest in helping leaders release their full potential. He is experienced in executive coaching, leadership assessment and leadership development, with a particular focus on team building and team performance.

Kelvyn's track record spans over 20 years in financial services and management consulting, prior to establishing his own coaching/facilitation/ consulting business. MBA qualified, he has a unique combination of hands-on experience in relationship management, Human Resource management, project delivery, change management and business innovation, together with the ability to maintain the strategic perspective.

He is an experienced facilitator and has proven himself to be highly skilled in team leadership. He has endless energy and is able to draw upon a wide range of management expertise and inter-personal skills, including international experience in Australia, UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, Africa, USA, Canada and Caribbean.

Kelvyn's UK experience was with Barclays Bank, where held numerous management positions in Human Resources, major projects and IT areas. His final role was as Director of the bank's Emerging Markets Group where he had responsibility for the innovative exploitation of emerging technologies, communications channels and markets to create new commercial opportunities for the Bank, and he also ran the Group's Human Resource function.

 

SILVIA DE RIDDER



Silvia via de Ridder brings extensive experience in coaching, change management, facilitation and training. Her key strengths include structure and discipline in her approach; drive and commitment to others; genuineness and trust as well as flexibility around the needs of the organisation and individual.

Silvia focuses on coaching, facilitating change management and consulting. She works with large corporates as well as small and medium organisations in the areas of strategy, leadership, people, organisation systems, process and structure. Silvia herself has over 15 years experience as an executive in corporate environments developing and leading cross functional teams.

What makes Silvia unique and well positioned to add value is the combination of coaching, facilitation and change management capability with a background in engineering and project management. Silvia beings a level of knowing to the training and coaching of engineers, project managers and technical personnel to develop emotional intelligence and behavioural skills. Silvia has an understanding of not only the technical challenges but more so the human elements of leadership - emotional Intelligence, soft skills and the people side of change.

Silvia is a GENOS and MBTI certified practitioner.

 

WENDY JOCUM



Wendy Jocum facilitates and coaches in the areas of emotional intelligence, leadership, coaching, communication, conflict resolution, teamwork, personal effectiveness and customer service.

She has had experience in a wide range of organisations across many industries, both in South Africa and Australia. She also works with various universities.

Wendy is passionate about people development. She draws on her HR and training experience, combined with her interpersonal, facilitation and coaching skills, to provide positive learning opportunities for her participants and clients, as well as effective people management strategies for her client organisations.

Wendy has the following qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce,  Postgraduate Diploma in the Management of Human Resources, Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment,  Advanced Professional Development Certificate in Evidence based Executive Coaching, Executive Certificate in Positive Psychology Coaching, Level 2: Meta Coaching Training System - coaching using Neuro Linguistic programming (NLP) techniques.

She is accredited in various assessments/application tools: Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT), the Genos Emotional Intelligence Tool, Team Management Systems (TMS), Myers Brigg Type Indicator (MBTI),  Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and DiSC.
