Our focus is on developing people and increasing performance, through self-leadership programmes, such positive emotional intelligence and personal development. Positive emotional intelligence is a combination of emotional intelligence and positive psychology. Using the latest research and techniques, programmes are designed to get the best out of ourselves and others.

As well as emotional intelligence and positive psychology we incorporate personality profiling and development tools, team profiling, stress management and personal development – all designed to increase self-awareness and awareness of others, leading to greater intra and interpersonal skills. Emotional Intelligence

Personality Profiling

Personality profiles are a useful way of increasing self-awareness ad increasing awareness as a team. It can be a great way of improving understanding within a team and working out strategies to work better together.

  • MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Inventory)- based on Jungian psychology, the MBTI works on four dimensions creating 16 different types. The four dimensions are Extroversion / Intraversion; Sensing / iNtuitive; Thinking / Feeling; Judging/ Perceiving. MBTI gives an excellent into who you are and who the people around you are.
  • DiSC behavioural profiling - again based on four dimensions. We all have preferences in our behaviour, DiSC clarifies these into Dominant, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness. From this knowledge teams and individuals can learn strategies of how to work together more effectively
  • SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory) - this profile help provide a profile of individual behaviour under conflict situation. Find out if you are a red, green or blue.
