2 day open programme
Who is the programme for?
The EIW Leading with Emotional Intelligence programme is for those in, or high potential individuals aspiring to be in, a leadership role. The theory is that if you cannot lead yourself how can you lead others?
The programme will require a certain amount of self-reflection and participation in emotional intelligence activities to increase self-awareness. We expect participants to be open to feedback on their behaviour and have a willingness to develop.
Why attend?
You will learn about the importance of emotional intelligence in practical terms. You will experience activities that allow you to increase your own self-awareness of underlying triggers and drivers, as well as ways to lead yourself and others more effectively.
You will increase your ability to fulfill your own potential in work and life. Each person will receive personal attention from two specialist facilitators including coaching on behaviour and drivers, as well as an individual MSCEIT report.
The programme will look at core models, tools and techniques that will allow you to expand on your strengths and develop your ability to manage yourself and others.
This is achieved through:
- Online MSCEIT test and individual report
- Self-reflection questions
- Group and one-on-one simulations
- Experiential activities designed to expand comfort zones and increase self-awareness
- Gaining feedback and one-on-one coaching from facilitators
- Post programme follow-up from your facilitators
