This programme is designed for anyone interested in building their own personal resilience and wellbeing. If you are interested in learning practical tools and techniques to enable you to bounce back from adversity and broaden and build your positive emotion and engagement.

Building on scientific research around resilience, positive psychology, high performing teams, stress and learned optimism, this session will give you tangible tools to take away as well as food for thought.
Even more than ever we need to build the capacity and, more importantly, the resilience of people in organisations. Stress decreases performance therefore we need tools to decrease stress – resilient people experience less stress and more productivity, they bounce back in difficult times, they are less likely to take sick leave, stress leave, be ill or suffer psychological illness.
