Sue Langley

Sue - headshot Sue started emotional intelligence worldwide four years ago as a professional training and development service specialising in achieving improved performance through people after spending 15 years in various leadership roles in the travel industry, as well financial services and recruitment. Her experience includes roles in in Australia, UK and Europe.

Sue now has a strong focus on international clients having worked with a number of global organisations in Asia, Africa, America and Europe ensuring a depth of experience in cultural diversity and human similarity.

Sue is passionate about individual and team development and she has a strong belief that everyone can realise their potential and achieve their own level of excellence in their chosen field. Sue is a flexible and adaptable facilitator and professional speaker who enjoys working with clients to ensure organisational needs are met. Her natural style inspires and motivates participants to maximise their skills and achieve their potential through discovery and accelerated learning.

Her passion for travel is continually fulfilled through working with clients in all areas of the world, as well as personal travel, with a keen knowledge of Asia, Africa and Europe.

She holds qualifications in Psychology, Management, Organisational Development, HR, Retail and Frontline Management, Marketing, Leadership and training and development. She is accredited in the MSCEIT (Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test) as well as a range of personality and behavioural profiles and has just completed her Grad Cert in Positive Psychology from Harvard.

Janet Langley

Janet - headshot Janet joined the emotional intelligence worldwide team recently and brings expertise in coaching and developing individuals within large and small organisations. Her experience within large enterprises as well as her own successful businesses brings new ideas and particular passion in helping people understand what makes them perform at their optimal level.

Janet’s experience with project management, remote teams, HR issues and setting strategic direction makes her a valuable asset to any development project. She has practical experience in various management roles allowing her to understand real life challenges.

She is an experienced coach both at a personal and corporate level and is MSCEIT accredited. She focuses her coaching on people understanding their emotional triggers and emotion management, therefore helping them to increase their performance. Her natural style, mixed with drive and determination ensures she gets the best out of people. She has trained with Results Coaching Systems, a global coach training organisation and her training is accredited with the International Coach Federation.

Janet’s corporate experience includes roles in Australia and UK at a senior level.

Kelvyn Steggles

Kelvyn - headshot Kelvyn has worked with emotional intelligence worldwide for several years and brings a wealth of business experience and a keen interest in helping leaders release their full potential. He is experienced in executive coaching, leadership assessment and leadership development, with a particular focus on team building and team performance.

Kelvyn's track record spans over 20 years in Financial Services and Management Consulting, prior to establishing his own coaching/facilitation/ consulting business. MBA qualified, he has a unique combination of hands-on experience in relationship management, Human Resource management, project delivery, change management and business innovation, together with the ability to maintain the strategic perspective.

He is an experienced facilitator and has proven himself to be highly skilled in team leadership. He has endless energy and is able to draw upon a wide range of management expertise and inter-personal skills, including international experience in Australia, UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, Africa, USA, Canada and Caribbean.

Kelvyn's UK experience was with Barclays Bank, where held numerous management positions in Human Resources, major projects and IT areas. His final role was as Director of the bank's Emerging Markets Group where he had responsibility for the innovative exploitation of emerging technologies, communications channels and markets to create new commercial opportunities for the Bank, and he also ran the Group's Human Resource function.
