This train the trainer programme is designed for facilitators, consultants and HR professionals that wish to learn how to deliver our Leading with Emotional Intelligence programme. The LwEI programme is for those in, or high potential individuals aspiring to be in, a leadership role. It is also a wonderful personal development programme filled with practical tools and experiential activities. Participation in our LwEI programme is required prior to attending the Train the Trainer programme.

You will be able to train numerous programmes once you have attended this with the help of our Train the Trainer guides and materials. You will have the opportunity to train whenever you want with less cost. You will have our team as your support for as long as you choose to run the programmes. We have been in business for nine years - this is our passion and our programmes and tools are unique and always developing. We will provide ongoing support if you would like it.

The Leading with EI programme is designed to increase self awareness about behaviour and underlying drivers, taking participants on an EI journey. You can join us in inspiring individuals to achieve their potential, allowing them to reach their chosen levels of success. You can gain knowledge around breaking the programme down and changing modules to suit different team cultures.
