PROGRAMME OUTLINE

Powerful learning

This practical programme delivers the core emotional intelligence (EI) models, tools and techniques you need to expand on your strengths and develop your ability to manage yourself and others.

You will discover brain and psychology-based research revealing why we react emotionally and how these responses can negatively impact our leadership and decision-making ability. These tools and insights can be readily translated from work into all aspects of life.

Our innovative, experiential approach will engage your brain and emotions to widen perspectives, expand comfort zones and increase self-awareness. Learning activities include group and one-on-one simulations and self-reflection.

To get the most value from your experience, come prepared to learn and share with your peers, be open to feedback on behaviour and willing to explore new strategies for success.
