Passport to the World® is an online destination training programme designed for travel consultants to learn more about the world in a way that is tailored to your needs.

How does the programme work?

Currently we have 33 self-paced modules on many different destinations, and it couldn't be easier to improve your desitnation knowledge!

If you are already registered to use the programme, simply log in, you will then be able to access your chosen module. Take your time to review the module, test your knowledge on the activities provided within each section and then complete the final assessment.

The module and the following assessment is designed to increase your knowledge, but also aims at increasing sales, by looking at particular tourist needs.

What's in it for me?

The programme offers you an opportunity to increase your knowledge on a wide range of destinations, building your own personal reference manual. Your newfound wealth of knowledge and improved customer confidence will make your sales soar!!

How do we keep track of your results?

Once your assessment for a module has been submitted, it will be marked and the results will be emailed back to you within 5 working days, including your score and additional comments.

Upon enrolment and provision of a password, each participant will be allocated an online 'passport', which will be kept here and completed for you upon completion of a module. Once ten modules have been completed, your passport certificate will be sent to you. Another passport will be allocated should you choose to do further modules.
