Moldonia - section 2How do I get to Moldonia?AIR: Moldonia's international airline is Mould Air. This international airline has flights all over the world from Wisteria, the capital city and main gateway to Moldonia. Wisteria (WST) is a main hub city in this part of the world though few international airlines are willing to risk life and limb to land there. Other international airports are situated at Dermetitus (DTT) on the northern tip of the country and at Follicle City, situated on the shores of Lake Pimple.
Activity
The only way to reach Moldonia by rail is on a freighter from the neighbouring country of Falstaffia. This runs once a week on a Tuesday, returning on a Thursday. There are four classes of travel on the train:
Activity
It is possible to drive across the Spot River Bridge that links Moldonia to the neighbouring country of Salivaland. However, due to the current unrest amongst the native Salivas, it is not a recommended method of arrival into Moldonia. Borders with the surrounding countries are dodgy – immigration officials generally have to be bribed with prostitutes before they will allow entry/exit to/from their country. CRUISING: As Moldonia is a land-locked country, there are no cruising opportunities. However, that does not mean that clients cannot enjoy the cruising experience in the country. The MSS Roseola, recently having undergone a multi million-dollar facelift, is operating cruises on Lake Pimple. These are available for 3 or 4 days and are a great way to see the unique flora and fauna of the country. The ship hugs the shoreline of the lake – lucky visitors have spotted the Moldonian Crested Bustard on land and the famous turquoise trout underwater.
Activity
Time DifferenceMoldonia is thre hours ahead of GMT and ten hours behind Australian Eastern Standard time (Sydney). Wisteria is 14 hours ahead of Los Angeles. |
