EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE PROFILING



There are many methods for measuring emotional Intelligence.  At EIW we focus on the two pure models, MSCEIT (Mayer Salovey Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test) and Genos.

We also offer professional accreditation in both these tools for those who want to cost-effectively measure EI within organisations or use the tools to augment their professional practice as a coach, trainer or human resources professional.

PERSONALITY PROFILING AND PSYCHOMETRIC TESTING



Personality profiles are a highly useful method to increase self-awareness as well as understanding of, and appreciation for, others. It can be a great way of improving understanding within a team and developing strategies to work better together.

We offer a range of leading personality profiling and psychometric testing tools.

  • Realise 2 strengths test. This recently developed tool incorporates positive psychology principles to help identify and develop strengths, at the same time as moderating learned behaviours and minimising weaknesses.
  • MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Inventory). Based on Jungian psychology, the MBTI works on four dimensions creating 16 different types. The four dimensions are Extroversion / Intraversion; Sensing / iNtuitive; Thinking / Feeling; Judging / Perceiving. Used as stand-alone insight tool or incorporated into training, MBTI gives an excellent introduction to who you are and who the people around you are.
  • DiSC behavioural profiling. We all have preferences in our behaviour. DiSC clarifies these into Dominant, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness. From this knowledge teams and individuals can learn strategies of how to work together more effectively.
  • SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory). SDI helps provide a profile of individual behaviour under conflict situation. Find out if you are a red, green or blue so you can develop strategies to leverage your capacity to better manage conflict and challenge.
