Our two principle consultants have over 30 years experience between them in the industry with roles in retail, sales, wholesale, inbound and training and development. They both have a passion for making a difference in the industry.

Jill has a passion for the travel industry, having worked in and around it for most of her career. She worked in retail for several years, before moving into training where she was responsible for Thomas Cook training in the whole of the south-western England. In Australia, Jill has worked for a variety of travel organisations, including Traveland where in her role as Learning and Development Consultant she was part of the team that designed, developed and delivered the whole range of training programmes for the network.

In addition to the travel industry, she has also trained a wide variety of organisations in customer service and time and workload management as well as teaching Certificate 3, 4 and Diploma students studying Travel and Tourism.

In all her facilitation Jill makes use of creative, interactive material, humour and NLP.

Sue’s experience in the travel industry includes frontline sales and management in the retail, wholesale and inbound sectors. She has worked in Australia, UK and Europe. Her management expertise and development techniques saw one organisation double profits two years running in her first two years as manager. She won the inaugural Australian Tourism Commission Best New Initiative Award for an innovative marketing idea that had an average 68% conversion rate.

Sue is passionate about individual and team development and she has a strong belief that everyone can realise their potential and achieve their own level of excellence in their chosen field. Her training reflects this with accelerated learning and discovery techniques. Her inspiring facilitation encourages participants to use what they have learnt.
