Case Study

For one of our clients we spent three days analysing their office procedures and processes, as well as soft skills within the office. We collected data on all aspects of the business - including staff self-assessments, staff interviews, observations and investigations of processes.

At the end of the three days we pulled all the data together into a comprehensive report providing the client with clear information of where the office needed to improve to be more efficient and effective. The report included a list of recommendations to move forward, including streamlining of processes, staff development, implementation plans for HR processes, ideas for succession planning processes, legal compliance issues, booking streamlining and training.

The aim of the three day intervention was to allow the business to get an objective view of the current situation and look at ways to move forward to become a more profitable and focused organisation, able to withstand, and adapt, to the ever changing environment.
