Who are we?

Training People Worldwide is a consultancy specialising in defining and satisfying the unique training needs of the travel and tourism industry.

We know the travel industry because we've worked in it. Our experience encompasses retail, wholesale, sales and inbound travel in the UK, Europe and Australia. We have trained all levels from new joiners to senior managers.

In addition, our consultants have many years experience in training, facilitating and coaching both within the industry and in the wider corporate world. We are up to date with all the latest training techniques and provide exceptional quality to add value to your organisation.

We understand the challenges of selling travel, therefore we know that generic training modules often do not meet the needs of our industry. We also know that a standard training module may not equally meet the needs of the corporate agent as well as the wholesaler. So, our strategy is to create unique training programmes based on the specific needs of each organisation. And our strategy works!

Our flexibility

Training wherever and whenever required

We aim to train wherever and whenever required. We will go to an individual travel centre to train onsite or to a central point convenient for you. Our training is timed for your convenience, not ours. If you require training outside office hours or over a weekend we are happy to oblige. We will run courses in metropolitan areas, but this is not your only option.
