emotional intelligence worldwide was founded in 2002 by Sue Langley with one overarching vision: to breathe spirit into the minds of individuals, groups, and communities to achieve their full and true potential.

We do this by bringing out the best in people through a unique combination of emotional intelligence, positive psychology and personal development tools that increase people’s awareness and appreciation for their innate humanity and their connection to others and the world.

COLLABORATIVE PRACTICE 

EIW values and practices a collaborative approach to all our client engagements. Our business is structured to offer you the best resources when and where you need them, from among a core team and an extended network of experts. 

A Sydney-based boutique firm with consultants and affiliates located nationally, EIW is geared to provide services across Australia and internationally.  Our consulting team consists of two full time presenters and a pool of 14 pre-qualified facilitators, trainers and coaches. Our support team includes four staff dedicated to administration, client outreach, support and contract management. 

As thought leaders in the practical application of positive psychology, emotional intelligence and neuroscience, EIW draws on expertise from around the world where required.
